Have you trimmed your baby's nails yet? Did you use nail file or clippers?



I tried to use clipper on Jacob but cut him so I have not tried to use them again. I just get my nail file and file them down. And they need it right now. He is not a big fan of it so I have been putting it off...lol.

After cutting JR with the clippers when he was 2 days old I just tear his nails or use the file.

I use the nail clipper, but she flails around so much lately that I've been putting it off until she's sleeping and then never get to it.

Yes I have to keep Abby's nails clipped or else she hurts me while she nurses! lol It's quite the task though because she HATES when I do it, and usually ends up screaming.

all the time they grow soo fast! I use the clippers and I do it while she is sleeping or nursing.

I clip them while I'm nursing her.

I just tear them off if they broke, she doesn't mind that. And I am way too afraid to use clippers, I clipped my dog's nail too short and it bled one day, so I don't want to do it to the baby.

Yes either DH or I do it about once a week when he is sleeping. Not my favorite task though- I always hold my breath.
