Have you taken your baby out for dinner?? How did they do??

We took Jacob out for lunch on father's day and i spent most of the meal nursing him. I told DH that I wish we would have brought him a bottle of pumped milk so I could have enjoyed myself a bit more but atleast he wasn't crying.

I spend most of the time nursing too. Better than a wild toddler =)
I can eat pretty well one handed so it's okay.

We went out for lunch on Tuesday. Nick slept in his carseat until I was finished eating andthen I gave him a bottle of pumped milk. His first restaurant and first bottle all at the same time.

We've been out a few times. I try to nurse him when we get to the restaurant, while I read the menu, so I can enjoy my meal. It normally works, he eats and then falls asleep for the rest of the visit!

We go out for dinner all the time. If I feed her before we go out, she usually sleeps in her car seat through the whole dinner. I'll bring a bottle of pumped milk just in case, though I've also just nursed her at the table with a cover.

We went out to eat for the first time with Logan on fathers day! For some reason DHs family wanted to meet at Hooters so that's where we went. I thought it was pretty funny bringing an infant inside.

We eat out a lot too. She's only been fussy once, and I just picked her up and held her until she fell asleep. She didn't cry when I was holding her so that was good. Haven't had to nurse in public yet. I'm trying to get up the nerve, but I haven't needed to.

We've eaten out quite a few times with Grant. He's usually fine if I nurse him before we go, but I have no problem nursing him at the restaurant either. Lily and Vi are more work when we eat out, but for the most part the 3 kids are pretty darn good at restaurants.

We've been out three times. He has slept through all three meals in his carseat.

We go out too much. Brandon just stays in his car seat and sleeps through dinner. (knocks on wood). Mckenzie is more difficult, but neither are too bad.

we have gone out a few times. she has been fine. And going to hooters may not be such a bad idea. at least people shouldn't be to offended if you have to nurse lol.

We go out to eat a few times a month and always have jaxson with us. Sometimes he sleeps thru it, sometimes he eats if he is hungry.

We haven't attempted it until this last Friday. He was always crying non stop in pain all day until this last formula change. He did really well. He ate once and stared at the lights and smiled and made noises. He did do an explosive poop though. It smelled so bad! I had to change him and his clothes. That tiny bathroom smelled horrible while we were in there lol.
