How many times are you going to try to pump at work and how often? Jacob eats a ton so I want to make sure that I keep my milk supply up and have enough to take for him at daycare. Right now I am trying to pump every 2 to 3 hours which I'm hoping will do the trick. I just hate pumping. Breastfeeding is so much better than pumping. Atleast then I get to look down at my sweet baby's face and not these crazy looking contractions hooked to my boobs..lol.

2-3 hours is recomended.
I only have to leave him 4-5 times a month and most of my work is done home with him. I pump at least once every morning to build a stock supply for when I have to be gone.

I pump early in the morning before going to work - this gives me at least 2 if not 3 bottles in addition to feeding him. I produce a lot of milk early in the morning. I then pump 2 times - every 4 hours when I'm at work. I hate pumping, but it's a necessary evil.

I'm probably going to pump twice. The schedule is not ideal. My principal (boss) is pretty much wanting me to pump only when I don't have students, so that leaves me with before school, my plan period (11 a.m.), lunch, or after school. I think I will do my plan and after school. I'm really a little frustrated at his seeming lack of flexibility. I want to do what is best for my students, but what is best for my boys comes first. Hopefully I can make it work.

Dawn I would recommend pumping right before school starts. I know for me I pump right when I get to work and that is when I get the most milk. I guess my milk supply is the highest in the morning. Jacob can eat right before I take him to daycare and then I'll pump when I get to work and I still get around 6 to 8 oz of milk everytime.
