How was everybody's fourth? What did you do? Did baby have fun?
We went to my parent's house to swim. My 2 year old loved it and he has even started jumping of the diving board which yesterday he wanted to do over and over again. We got Jacob in the pool for just a few minutes. He loved it. He just sat in my lap on the steps and looked around. My dad cooked ribs, bake beans, cole slaw and potato salad for dinner which was awesome but I don't think it was really weight watchers friendly..lol. I figure one good meal won't kill me.
Thank you *Kiliki* for my beautiful siggy
Kira and I went to a friend's BBQ while poor hubby stayed home and rested (he had a tooth extracted on Monday). It was very laid back and low key -- just four couples and a smattering of young kids. There was a little boy there just a few weeks older than Kira so his mom and I chatted quite a bit.
We went to a party at DH's friends house. DH had fun and Cole was smiley and content. Chase was a handful though. He was not playing nicely with the other kids and was sooo whiny!! He was tired though because he didn't take his nap- he just played in his bed and talked to himself for two hours.
We had a great view of the fireworks though, and some yummy BBQ wings, so that was fun
Thanks so much *Kiliki* for my awesome summer siggie!
