Did (or will) you get your baby baptized? What did you guys do? Have a little party afterwards? Do you send out invites?

We don't do baby baptisms at our church but we did have a baby dedication where our church prayed for Jacob and for Stephen and I. It was very special. We had our entire family there. Did not send out any invites and all we did afterwards was go out for lunch.

DH and I are not really religious. So we don't do them. My mom had me baptized in a catholic church when I was in elementary school. I wonder why she didn't as a baby. I will have to ask her. Not sure if it was a catholic thing since I don't know much about the religion.

We're Catholic and Grant was supposed to be christened in July, but there were scheduling issues, so it will be done in October now. We usually just have the godparents and some close family in the area there. Then, we take everyone out to lunch afterward.

We don't do baby baptisms but he was dedicated when he was a week old. It was just family (DH, Allison, JR, and my dad) and we came home and my dad cooked lunch for everyone.

Yes, we did it the same weekend as DS 4th birthday party (August 5th) It's a pretty big celebration in our church. We did have a baptism/birthday party afterwards as well.
