Anybody's baby sitting up unassisted yet?


Jacob is no where close to sitting up on his own. I think Jackson was around 5 or 6 months when he sat up on his own. i don't know if Jacob will be sitting up by then or not.

Liam sits supported very well and when hes laying back he tries hard to pull himself upright but I dont know, its seems crazy that in just a few weeks he could be sitting on his own.

Kira tries to pull herself up when she's sitting in a reclined position (in the Rock and Play, usually) but no success yet. She does sit in a tripod position with her butt and forearms down on the floor but she usually falls over after a few seconds.

He can sit like this for a while but I have to be right next to him because he'll topple over

He can sit on me or sit up on the front of the bouncy chair. But on a flat surface not even close yet.

Not even close. He wants nothing to do with sitting he just wants to stand so he doesnt get much practice.

JR can sit on me and tries to pull up with he's on his back but nothing on his own yet!

hah she is probably strong enough. but she is really into jumping right now, so she launches herself back every couple seconds lol so I can't trust her to stay sitting without me holding her.
