I really want to start of thread of videos of our babies crawling,scooting,rolling...or whatever it is that they are doing to get mobile. I'm just really curious as to what different things the babies are doing.
Right now Luke is not quite 7.5 months. He pushes backwards until he runs into something. He pivots and turns in complete 360 degree circles. He pushes up onto his hands/knees and rocks. Sometimes he will push up onto his feet for a second as well.
I tried to create a video that shows all of these things. Normally he would continue scooting backwards across the room as long as he doesn't hit something. In this video, he runs into a toy and that makes him turn around, LOL. He also will usually stay on his hands/knees and rock much longer than he does in this video. Usually he will just sit there and rock for a while!
Heres the best video I could come up with because he started whining right after this!
Just click the image and it opens up in windows media player!
it is working Ashley. That is the exact same thing that Jacob is doing. Almost looks like he is trying to swim. Jacob doesn't push up on his arms as good as Luke is doing though. Luke will be crawling before you know it.
Thank you *Kiliki* for my beautiful siggy
