Is baby still in your room or have you moved baby to his/her own room?

Jacob is still in our room but DH is making me move him to his room this weekend. I know it's time but I love having him right there in our room so I can check on him and feed him when he wakes up. I'm not really looking forward to this weekend.

He's in his crib in our room still but he definitely knows we are near him because he wakes up at 3 or 4 and stands up in his crib and looks through the cracks and "calls" for us lol. We are thinking it might be getting to the point where he'll sleep better in his own room.

We had Kira in the travel crib in the guest bedroom for the past couple of nights and she's slept SO much better. I don't know if it's a fluke or not but I'm definitely going to speed up on converting the guest bedroom to her bedroom now.

We tried Liam in his own room a couple weeks ago and it didnt work out that well, but we also didnt move his crib we just tried a mattress on the floor and he would wake up and immediately try to crawl to find us and fall and it was just too traumatic. He has however started sleeping better in our room since I ditched the nightlight. and he wants to be in his own bed most of the time versus sleeping with me. I think he would be happy in his crib in his own room However he still does most of his bfing at night/early morning so I hate to mess with that yet. Its complicated lol.
