Rylynn has a strange relationship with her swing. From the time she was a newborn until about 5 months, it was the love of her life lol. Then, all of a sudden, she hated it. She would pitch a fit, stiffen her body, and scream if I tried to put her in it. When she got a terrible cold at Christmas time, she would let me put her in it every now and again, but most often, it was like I was torturing her. Within the past week, she has fallen back in love with it. She is currently taking her morning nap, just swinging away.
I hope she doesn't become too attached again. I'm not sure when you aren't supposed to let them swing anymore, but I'm betting that time will be pretty soon.
Jacob has always loved his. He slept in his for the first few months of his life and still when he is having trouble going to sleep, I will put him in it. The bad thing is he broke the motor so if you want to swing it, you have to manually swing it..lol. I guess it made it through both of my kids so we got our money out of it but soon ours will be at the dump.
Thank you *Kiliki* for my beautiful siggy
