Kira has a Stage 2 (3.5 oz) fruit puree for breakfast every day. She usually splits a Stage 3 (6 oz) jar of veggie or "dinner" puree between lunch and dinner, though if she's hungry she can eat a whole jar in one sitting.
I'll give her puffs between meals, but since there are like 75 puffs per 25 calories, they're more for fun/as a toy than for food.
Jackson eats three times a day. He doesn't get puree's anymore but eats small pieces of fruits/veggies/proteins/carbs. He snacks on puffs, mum-mums, fruit and yogurt. We just started giving him some of his breast milk in a sippy cup for practice.
How many meals a day is baby eating (food not formula or BM)? normally between 2 and 3
How much are they eating at each meal? I am mostly doing pureed baby foods and he will usually eat an entire container of food.
Do you give snacks between meals? Not when he is with me but at daycare I take him some puff and some mum mums and they will give him a snack in the afternoon along with his bottle of BM.
Thank you *Kiliki* for my beautiful siggy
Oh, I forgot to mention that we also usually give her some of whatever we're eating. She loves french fries the most but also eats toast, chicken, steak, avocado, banana, etc. If she ever gets any more teeth we'll increase the amount of finger food we give.
Liam eats 2-3 meals a day usually cheerios and yo baby yogurt for breakfast, jar of fruit blend for lunch, and a veggie or meat blend for dinner. he does stage 2 and 3 sometimes he eats a whole jar but not always. we usually put cheerios, dried apple bites and cheese on his tray after his meal so we can eat. sometimes i give him snacks if he seems hungry in between, he likes yogurt drops cheerios apple bites puffs lil crunchies arrowroot cookies and mum mums
he is starting to eat bites of what we eat but he still has an aversion to warm food so he usually doesnt want what we have.
She loves to eat. She will eat any purée, she's not picky. She usually has fruit and oatmeal in the morning (I am guessing veggie for lunch at daycare) and for dinner she usually eats a fruit and veggie stage 2. She snacks on puffs and mum mums. She too loves French fries... But her favorite baby food seems to be oatmeal cereal.
*Thank you AlexKatieAidenMommy for my awesome siggie*
