Are you still feeding baby the baby food purees or have you switched baby over to table food? Do you usually feed baby or do you let them feed themselves?
I am still giving Jacob cereal for breakfast but at lunch time at daycare they try to feed him table food if they are having something that he can eat. he's had green beans, carrots, beefeghetti and lots of fruit. He doesn't like applesauce or pineapples. For dinner I always try to make something that he can share also. I made Jackson some Beef Ravioli the other night and Jacob loved it.
It just depends on what we are having as to whether I feed Jacob or whether I let him feed himself. I will let him pick it up if it is something that he can, otherwise I will feed him.
Thank you *Kiliki* for my beautiful siggy
There are only a few purees that Rylynn will eat. The Peter Rabbit Organic brand pouches are a winner. All others are a no go. I have no idea why lol! I try to let her try what we are having, but there are some days where all she is interested in is formula.
We do both purees and table food for her meals (she still nurses 3-5 times a day, too).
I usually give her as much pureed fruit or veggie as she'll eat and then give table food. Generally I give her some of whatever I'm eating and then some easy stuff like cut up peaches or Greek yogurt, a banana, rice, an apple slice, a piece of toast, that sort of thing.
