Are you feeding baby 3 meals each day? What do you give baby to drink with his/her meals? Are you still giving bottles of formula or breastfeeding several times each day? Do you feed baby meal then give bottle or vice versa? How often are you feeding baby?
At daycare Jacob gets his breakfast and then they give him a bottle of pumped breastmilk. Then they will feed him his lunch and then give him a bottle of breastmilk. In the afternoon they give him a snack, usually puffs or graham crackers and then give him a bottle. When we get home he will nurse then I will feed him dinner then he will nurse right before he goes to bed. He will also nurse first thing in the morning when he wakes up. When I feed him dinner, I will give him a glass of water to drink with his meal. He doesn't drink much of it but he sure does enjoy playing with it.
Thank you *Kiliki* for my beautiful siggy
Kira nurses about four times a day: upon waking up, before her morning nap, sometime in the afternoon, and before bed.
She eats three meals a day. She gets a pureed fruit or veggie at every meal, some sort of finger food (Cheerios, pieces of fruit or vegetable, pieces of meat, noodles, etc), often some Greek yogurt, and usually a little bit of whatever we're eating. I also have puffs/mum-mums/yogurt bites on hand in case she wants a snack.
She doesn't normally drink anything with the meals; sometimes she gets a cup of water because she likes to practice with the straw.
JR eats three meals a day and a snack or two a day. At breakfast I give him milk in his sippy but he doesn't drink much of it. At lunch and dinner, he gets water and loves it! He still nurses before naps and bed, and at 11 pm and 5 am.
