Do you feel like your little one understands NO when you tell him/her NO? Are you using time outs yet when they don't mind?

My husband doesn't feel like we should be using time out yet because he doesn't think Jacob understands. I'm not so sure if he understand completely what NO means yet or not. He will usually stop what he is doing when I say NO and then look at me and then go on about his business..lol. It's been harder since Christian was born but I think he is ready to start trying to understand what time out is so I've been thinking about trying it and seeing what he does.

First of all congrats on Christian! I love his name and he is so cute!!

Jackson definitely understands no. I don't think he would understand what time out is or why is there, but I'm not sure.
