Sure thing.
6am: Toasted sandwich with sliced hard-boiled egg and slice of 2% American cheese
9am: 1/2 PB&J sandwich on double fiber bread with reduced sugar jelly
12pm: 100 calorie sandwich thins with black beans, chopped chicken, shredded cheese, and 1T Greek yogurt. (sooooo freaking good btw!)
3pm: apple with peanut butter
6pm: whatever hubby wants for dinner
9pm: grapes and handful of almonds
You're supposed to drink 8oz of milk with 3 of the meals but I'd rather die.

And I've been drinking a V8 with lunch bc I felt like I needed one more serving of vegetables since I dont eat tomato (which is supposed to be on the black bean sandwich)
