I don't know what's going on lately.. but since Tuesday it seems like everything I eat just goes right through me. I'm so tired of constantly having a stomach ache.. and it doesn't help that my muscles in my abdomen are sore anyways. I'm just wondering if this is a stomach bug of some type or if this is pregnancy related. I definitely don't remember this from either of my previous pregnancies.

Definitely not TMI...I'm sorry you're suffering too. My abdomen muscles are so sore and my stomach and intestines are just NOT happy...the combo is brutal

Same here. For the past two weeks I've had an upset stomach and very soft stools (not quite diarrhea) and my doc said I should just try to eat bland foods (not really happening) and skip my vitamins for a few days.

RACHAEL. I just thought of something - you started WW, you're probably eating more fruits/veggies/getting more fiber than you have been - your GI track may take a few days to adjust to the change. In the interim, you may be gassy, have the runs and/or be backed up. Especially when you add in leafy greens and fiber, it can make you bloat and crampy; fruit can give you the runs.

Just a thought!
