We got Seamus as stuff caterpillar for his birthday - came home, the poor legs were ripped out, it was gutted, and he was sleeping with the squeaker! OOOOOOH Seamus!

Our dog does that! We gave up on stuffed toys, lol. Our other dog doesn't like stuffed toys. He hunts rabbits in the backyard instead...

OMG!! I sooooo have to take a pic of my Teddy Ruxpin next to my bed! I LOVED mine growing up and I had all the cassettes and slide shows. He was like my favorite childhood toy. I got him from my dad years ago and I keep him next to my bed. Seriously. Like a security blanket. I'd never get rid of him. Lol.

Oh just for that, no talking to you for the next 10 minutes. Ugh!! Lol.

My grandma still has a Barbie doll "limited edition" that she bought me when we went to Disney (I was 11)... IN THE FREAKING BOX!
She never let me play with it

That is beyond stupid.

I will NEVER do that to my kids... and no wonder I buy something and wear it the same day I bought it, haha
I always say it would be such a shame if I get hit by a bus and never got to wear it

I know what I'm sending Meg for her shower! I have a LIKE NEW Teddy Ruxpin.. it's upstairs at my grandmother's in a box somewhere, has been for the last 15 years or so. But I swear, you can hardly tell it was use!

BTW, I totally loved Teddy Ruxpin when I was little. We had all the cassettes and all his matching little outfits, so cute!

So, I missed all of this yesterday...lol! On the subject of clowns, my mom got one to come to my 5th birthday party - we had it at my grandparent's house. Well, we all know how 5 year olds can be, quite chatty, not all that interested in sitting for a "show", so this clown starts yelling at us, saying, "If you don't sit down and be quiet, I am going to step on you." At which time, he proceeds to lift that hideously scary, large clown shoe of his...I had friends sitting at the top of the staircase crying, under the ping pong table shuddering with fear, not a good moment for good ole' Cary I was on my mom's lap, hiding my face...thanks, mom

My MIL has dolls in one of their guest rooms, when we lived with them, I had my brother come and spend the night and he slept in that guest room - he asked me if he had to sleep with those creepy dolls looking at him, they totally follow you, like a painting...ick!

Pregnant women should not be allowed to cough, sneeze, laugh, etc - peeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh man, I need to take a pic of the scary clown I just remembered we have in the top of the nursery closet - MIL gave it to me to put in DD's room, because it was DH's when he was little - it's about 18" and is made of porcelain I think. It's creeeeepy! Oh and very dirty...lol! Not to mention, it did NOT go with our nursery theme, red, blue and yellow do NOT match green and pink ladybugs...thank you! LOL!

I should mention, the clown has the "hole" in the bottom, I can stuff it with something extra if someone would like it

And on the clown talk clowns remind me of the movie it. Which I watched way too young and scared the s*** out of myself for years. No clowns here please! Dog hair I will take tho!

Speaking of pets.....

The other afternoon my pup escaped his crate cause he's frickin houdini. He managed to eat a nice new pregnant size bottle of ultra tums, maybe 150 of them left. He was burping all night and wouldn't eat his dinner, he did ok and only went out one extra time at night and didn't make any messes in the house. The next day I saw what I thought was paint on the grass, then I remembered the dog and the tums and realized that it was Tums squirts, and yes I made that term up all on my own.

I just about peed my pants when I read "Tums squirts"......I have a dog and I can totally imagine this....it's going to make me laugh for the rest of the day

I cannot believe I missed all of this!!! You guys are cracking me up, Umm I mean pissing me off!!! How dare you abuse your dogs by letting them squeak and squirt all over the place? And as for you crazy talking animated animal lovers I don't even know what to say! So very creepy!!! But I will take a clown b/c my sister finds them horrifying so I will re-re-gift it for her birthday in August, but no need to include any animal hair b/c she has like 4 dogs and 5 cats and maybe a monkey or koala or something hanging around b/c she lives like Dr Doolittle!!

Oh Ashley, don't tell me you don't like clowns and "surprise" gifts stuffed up their rear...lol! Shoot, I will have to try and stop the shipment! HAHAHAHA!!

The Tums Squirts totally made me LOL! Our dog chews anything that she thinks remotely smells good or like us...we put everything up as high as we can away from her, but on occasion we miss something. The dog seems to enjoy sippy cups, bottles and a couple of years ago, she had a field day with baby formula - talk about me getting super angry, DH had to get her out of my site, because I was fuming! That stuff is EXPENSIVE...haha!!

Our dog likes to chew on DD1's wooden blocks. Oh, and we took them to a Mardi Gras party years ago, and they were "squirting" orange-colored crawdads for a WEEK. Then one of them ate a plastic bottle and got a piece of it stuck in his bum on the way out... we thought it was a crawdad claw, but no, plastic!
