Our next visitor is my mom, and she's coming 9/7. So we'll have a 10-day break until her visit. She's here for a week. The difference, though, is that she won't try to hog him, and she will clean and do laundry and cook every meal. She's a great cook, too, since that's what she does for a living. And I can probably get her to make a few freezer meals for us too. And since she's my mom, I can be completely tactless with her if I want.
Sorry about the MIL, just stand your ground if you need too . That just makes me that much more nervous about my MIL. She is staying with us until she finds a job which doesn't seem to be going so well. I really don't want her here after the baby is born for those reasons
Hi! Just catching up...I've been a busy bee since my mom has been here. I'm really sorry you are having to deal with MIL during this special time (I think I said that once before), but I'm glad that DH is ok to be stern with her. Look forward to your 10 day break! x
Sorry you are having to deal with your MIL hogging your child and not being helpful. I'm sure the 10 day break in between visitors will be a good vacation and you will get in some great bonding time with your precious baby boy. He's adorable!
Sorry your having issues with MIL.... but you look GREAT, and Jackson is so freakin adorable.... Hope this weekend flies by for you and yo ucan have more 1 on 1 time with Jackson. Hang in there sweets!!
A BIG thank you to *Kiliki* for my beautiful siggy!
I started a baby journal for Jackson, thanks to Robyn's suggestion. I probably won't update it daily like I did my pregnancy journal, but I'm going to try to keep it pretty up-to-date with the latest goings-on of my little man.
