Easy Herb Frittata recipe at Kraftcanada.com
It's called Herb Frittata, but I call it Ham & Cheese Frittata because I skip the herbs/cilantro (my kids & weird green stuff over their food just don't mix

). We mostly have this on the weekends because it takes about 30 minutes to bake (40min in my oven), and I like to stick it in the oven & use the 1/2 hr to dress the kids, make the beds, etc. and then it's ready!
Easy Herb Frittata
8 eggs
2 Tbsp. water
1/4 lb. (115 g) thinly sliced deli ham, chopped
1 cup Kraft Mozzarella Shredded Cheese, divided
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro, divided
HEAT oven to 350°F.
BEAT eggs and water with whisk in medium bowl until well blended. Stir in ham, 1/2 cup cheese and 2 Tbsp. cilantro.
POUR into greased 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish; top with remaining cheese.
BAKE 30 min. or until top is puffed and golden brown. Sprinkle with remaining cilantro.
