I mentioned this in my journal, but I made this last night, and it is SO GOOD. I have failed many times at making bread before, but this worked! It's a dense bread, much like an english muffin. I loved it, and so did DH!
Here is the link to the recipe I used. I thought it would be helpful since she included so many pictures (I know they helped me). I used a recipe adjuster to make 1/3 recipe. She said the original recipe makes 4 loaves, but when I made a 1/3 recipe, it worked great for a single loaf in a normal loaf pan. She also doesn't say how long to let it rise, but mine was ready after a couple hours. I didn't bake it for almost 4 hours after though. Still worked perfectly!
