Preheat oven to 350. Beat all together. Drop spoonfuls (I use a springloaded medium-size Pampered Chef cookie scoop that looks like an ice cream scoop) onto a cookie sheet and squish them down into cookie size/shape since they won't spread out on their own. Bake 10-12 minutes. When you take them out, they will look underdone, but they will firm up as they cool down.
You can also add chocolate chips for a nice treat, about a 1/2 bag for this size recipe. I've wondered about using Nutella instead of peanut butter but haven't tried it yet.
