4-6 (depending on size) boneless/skinless chicken breasts
1 pint salsa
1 small bag of frozen corn, defrosted
1 can black beans, drained
Put the chicken and salsa in the crockpot on low for 6-8 hours. About 1/2 hour to 1 hour before serving, take a couple forks to shred the chicken. Add beans and corn. Serve when beans & corn are hot.
I like chopped fresh cilantro, some cheese, shredded lettuce, and a little sour cream for my condiments.
