Pre-pregnancy weight: varied between 132-134 lbs for the past couple years.
Last pregnancy weight (one day before delivery): 170 lbs
Postpartum weights: 152 lbs at 5 days pp; 146 lbs at 2.5 weeks pp; 146 lbs at 6 weeks pp
Goal Weight: 130 lbs (In my early 30s I was in the 120 lb range, and in my 20s I was always in the teens. I don't hold much hope of getting there ever again, but it would be nice to get back to the 120lb range)
Fitness goals: Run a 5k in February 2012 with my daughter (possibly the Disney Royal Family 5k); run a 10k sometime in the spring or summer 2012; run a half-marathon in October or November 2012 (Disney Wine&Dine or a local race, depending on our budget).
Start date 11/21/11: I'm so excited to get back to exercising now that I'm 6 weeks postpartum. I was cleared by one of my midwives to start exercising today, and I went running for the first time since January tonight. My daughter and I are starting a couch to 5k program. Tonight we ran 1 mile and walked another half mile. We didn't start timing yet. Weight: 146 lbs
Update 12/2/11: My daughter and I ran every-other-day last week, but haven't been running this week because it's been getting dark by the time we get home and homework done, etc. However, I've been doing The 30-Day Shred video this week (4 times so far). I weighed myself on 11/30 and I was down 2 lbs in 2 weeks. I plan to run with my daughter on both days this weekend. Current weight: 144 lbs.
