Has anyone ever taken this? I'm taking it and wondering if it's best with our without food in the morning?

I'm sorry I've never used it but I didn't want to ignore your post I hope someone else can help you. I would think, especially in pregnancy, it would be better to not take it on an empty stomach as it might make you feel ill?

Feeling ill is a side effect. That's why I took it after I ate. This could heighten early pg symptoms.

My dr. has had me taking a prometrium (progesterone) pill every night and inserting two progesterone suppositories a day since my BFP. I haven't felt sick from the pill at all, and do not take it with food. No side affects that I've noticed! Good luck!

I'm taking the pill twice a day. So far I experienced more painful breast and blurred vision here and there. I just took it again, but with my prenatal also. I already feel yucky but I'm going to bed so hopefully I can sleep it off. I also got dizzy for a bit after taking it this morning.

It will help raise the progesterone level in our bodies so we can sustain the pregnancy better until the placenta kicks in to do it's thing.
