First let me say sorry I havent been around alot. Had a few family situations going on that we were out of town for that lasted alot longer than we thought.
anyway at my appt last week which should have been my 24 week appt I am measuring 34 weeks. I always measure a few weeks ahead as I carry all out in front. With my 3rd we realized I had polyhyr****ios and measured about 6 weeks ahead and I had weekly sono's and nst's on top of the appts for my blood stuff. So i have another u/s tomorrow to rule out twins(apparently this drs office feels theres an issue with my last u/s that was in office so they want another one, fine by me since I have NO pictures since 6 weeks!)anyway I don't think its twins I really think its the extra fluid again, I also took another 1 hour glucose test to see the results and rule out GD, but I guess they are concerned since the measurement is so much bigger than my "average". SOOO anyone else measuring big and is there a reason?

I am measuring about 3 weeks ahead. At my last few appointments, it was consistently 3 weeks ahead. Last time was 25 weeks and I was measuring 28. At my last ultrasound she was also on track with 3 weeks ahead of where she should be. I am just expecting to deliver in July instead of August. Who knows though. I'll be prepared early just in case.
My doctor measured me for the first time yesterday, though she didn't give me any feedback. I'm silly for not asking. I was still on a high from getting good news about my baby's kidneys. Since she didn't remark one way or the other, I assume I'm measuring average. I do feel like my bump is big for my gestation level, though, but it is all out front. Everyone keeps telling me that they can't tell I'm pregnant from the back, but it's blatantly obvious from the front and side!
A friend of mine had the extra fluid thing....she measured big the whole time and still ended up a week overdue, just extra ultrasounds etc. to monitor the baby.
As far as I'm aware, I've 'average' as I haven't been told otherwise yet!

At 23 weeks I measured 25 weeks. It was my first time being measured and our OBGYN said that 2 higher or 2 lower typically doesn't mean anything... it can just happen that way. He did mention if I continue to measure over that I will get another ultra sound to check the baby and fluid. I'd love another ultra sound
With my first measurement I was 4 weeks ahead and now with my last measurement I was 6 weeks. At the last u/s baby looked good and a little a head of my due date but not enough that they were going to change the date. I think the dr is a little concerned with how big the baby will be and has me coming every 2 weeks now and I have another u/s at the end of the month to check the cord. We will find out then if we are going to be able to deliver vaginally or by c-section.
My belly measurement was apparently enough ahead to make the OB worry, but he didn't tell me how much ahead I measured. He sent me for another ultrasound which revealed extra fluid, but the baby was only about 5 days ahead. The OB ordered another ultrasound for my May appointment as well to check on the fluid. I had my GD screening the same day as the last appt which came back negative.
Thanks ladies...Im sure its just extra fluid and I will need NST's and weekly ultrasounds again....I dont mind looking at baby Hopefully MFM will tell me something today during my u/s appt.
