All of ours are 3 years apart and it was perfect spacing for us...and then this time that is not so much the case yay for breastfeeding LOL Anyway I guess we will see how having them so close in age is and go from there. Typically we wait until they are a year old to talk about it and then we actually TTC somewhere between 2-2.5but who knows maybe we will prefer them closer together.

We will ttc #3 (but that is IT!) when Maddie is about a year old. With my uterus and being around 32ish next pregnancy I don't wanna wait.

2 to 4 years is the tentative plan... Most likely 4 years though. My husband needs to finish his school and is at the moment planning on getting his masters so while he does that I need to stay at my job and I would like to stay home once the second one comes or just do part time or something so right now it is kind of a wait and see...

My son is 19mos and will be 22mos when Ellie is born... I am sure I will like them close in age, but this pregnancy has been harder than my first, so I want to give my body a break. I want at least 3 years... which is why I almost died when DH said "oh next year when you're pregnant again..." LOL. I would be fine with stopping at 3 kids. EVERYONE keeps asking me if I'll be done since I'll have one of each now, but I just can't see myself as being okay with this being the last time I get to experience the kicks and punches and pregnancy lol. So I say at least one more.
DS I wasn't trying for. He was a bit of an oops. In planning for a trip I forgot to get my bc and his genetic donor refused to wear condoms still so it wasn't even 1 month of no pills after 4 years of being on the pill, and here he is. After he was born I didn't bother with bc cause I was a single mom for the first 13 months of his life til DH and I got married... and we always used the pull out method til we decided to try for a wedding night baby. Our first month trying, knowing when I was O'ing, we got pregnant with her. Not sure what bc I will get on after Ellie but will definitely be on something. I hated the pill so we'll see :/

We want one more and while I don't want them too close together, I feel like I'm on limited time. I turn 33 a couple weeks after this one comes so I'm thinking we'll wait until she's about 16 months to start trying for #2. That would put me right at 35 for the second and that way I can still avoid having 2 under 2.

We'll likely NTNP from the get go and actively start TTC at the 9-12 month mark.

I always wanted 2 kids, some moments if you'd ask I'd tell you I wanted 3 lol. But now... I'm not too sure. 1 might be perfect lol I think I'll have to wait and see how this one goes. I don't HATE being pregnant but I don't enjoy it like some. I guess its mainly bc the beginning was rough for me and I know it will be completely worth it... but thinking about it this very moment, I really don't want to do that all over again lol

i agree with some of the other ladies that i'm just not 100% sure whether we're having more or not but i do know that it'll be at least 5 years before we do.

We want one more after this... but we won't be trying until this baby is AT LEAST 2 years old. My two oldest are pretty much exactly three years apart (minus four days), and I really enjoy that age gap. I used to want my kids 2-3 years apart... but after having two that are exactly 3 years apart, I'm more wanting a 3-4 year gap. This baby will be 2.5 years younger than my daughter... and I'm really nervous about that. I'm not even sure my daughter will be potty trained by the time the baby gets here (we're having a tough time PTing her). I'm glad I'm due when I am (I've always wanted a Leo baby!), but I kind of wish it took us a little longer to get pregnant... it only took us 2 months of trying this time.

So I'm really wanting to wait until this baby is AT LEAST 2 years old before we start trying. Ideally, I'd love to have the same thing happen with my youngest two that happened with my older two... being born pretty much exactly 3 years apart.

I'm not going to go back on birth control so we'll see how it goes. Maybe NTNP for a year and then start trying again. It took us 3 years total TTC for this one, but I think part of my problem was my personal weight/health. So since I'm not planning on getting back in the position I was before, and continuing to try to lose weight after this baby's born, it might not take that long again.
