We adopted another fur-child today

We have had an only dog-chid for 3 years now and felt it was time to expand our family. Scott was really passionate about getting a puppy that Micah can grow up with and with Riley being so attached to me he has always wanted a dog to be attached to him.

Meet Bella She is half German Shepherd and half Newfoundland. She is 9 weeks old and already weighs 21 pounds!!



Bella and her big brother Riley (he is 95 pounds just to put it all in perspective

She's so cute!! And props to you for getting a pup when pregnant!! Trig was a handful when we got him on top of having a toddler!!! You guys are fantastic fur-parents though, so she is in the right hands!!

Oh my!!! I had newfies for years! And we had white German shepherds what a great combo!!! Looks like a great dog!

Half German Shepherd and half Newfoundland? Holy dog hair! She is ADORABLE and I bet she will be smart as a whip too! Congrats on your new family member!!

Oh man she is ADORABLE! We have a mastiff, they are a "cousin breed" to the newfie!!! Such loving dogs, but they can get HUGE... and oy! the fur.... lol

Aww, she's so cute! Newfie's are adorable! We also have a dog-child named Riley that is extremely attached to me. DH is hoping that when the baby comes and I'm distracted, Riley will gravitate more towards him for attention. We shall see... Hopefully you can get most of the puppy training (house breaking) out of the way before the baby comes.

Oh how adorable! I know nothing about Newfoundlands but love German Shepherds and she just looks so huggable. I'm going to steal your other doggie. My aunt used to have a white German Shepherd and I loved him to death.

She's adorable. I saw a husky this weekend that I so wanted to take her. She had a beautiful sable coal with these lovely crystal sky blue eyes. I fell in love but no room for her right now. Now, if I had the house already, she may have come home with out this weekend.
