So as of the last few days I have gone from horrible insomnia to sleeping a lot!
Nothing has changed! But I literally fell asleep around midnight (i think) last night and woke up around 4:30-5 to pee and then back to sleep Til around 8:30 and then a nap from about 9-10:30! I have noticed I have been doing this the last weeks or so.
I take frequent little cat naps thru out the morning and when I get home from work!
The only thing I have changed is that I now sleep in my recliner. I find I am far more comfortable for some reason!
But I still find it strange that I am sleeping so much!
Is anyone else finding they are more tired/sleepIng more?
Ha! I'm more tired but don't have the option of sleeping. I did fall asleep twice last week while my son was in school. I woke up a few minutes later and my daughter had piled a ton of pillows on top of me. I'm used to being tired all the time because my son doesn't sleep well at night but lately it's been ten times worse. Melissa said in a post last week that her OB told her it's because the baby goes through a major growth spurt from 28 weeks to 34 weeks. I'm at the beginning of that growth spurt.
I wish I could sleep more! I'm up several times to pee, and the last few nights Sophia has been up in the night too, so even if I could sleep, I couldn't
I get tired very easily. However, I don't fall asleep until about midnight. Then I am up several times before the alarm goes off to take the kids to school and go to work. I'm surprised I don't look like the walking dead.
