Went to bed so sore and in pain from the walking at the beach. Everything just felt so heavy and ready to burst in there. I could barely walk and my waddle was ridiculous. Woke up a few hours later with cramping/cervix pain. I couldn't tell if I was contracting or not so I got up and went pee and felt fine, just a BH. Laid back down and the pain started up again. It's really annoying, it really flipping hurts like deep in there but once again when I got up it stopped. So I'm out here in the living room testing it. I'm going to stay upright for a bit and if nothing happens I'll just go back to bed. It's pretty hot out here so I probably won't stay up long.
Update: Decided I was crazy and tried to go back to bed. I peed first and noticed more discharge which I thought was a good sign since I've been practically dry for days. Laid down and started feeling them again. Figured ok, it's only when I lie down that's weird. Tried to sleep but the cramps came back. My son woke up so DH went to go lie with him and I kept trying to sleep. Finally I sat up in bed and I still got one so I went to the bathroom just to check and sure enough, bloody mucus. As I type this I just got another one. It's the real deal. Baby today at some point. Holy crap!
Update: Contractions between 4 and 5 minutes apart, lasting between 40-some seconds and a minute. Hurt enough to ae me cry. I'm tired and ready to go to the hospital but DH will not agree with me.
After reading your post about things changing after the beach, I wondered if things would head this way for you. Sounded so familiar to how it was for me because I felt fine and then all the sudden I couldn't walk without pain. It'll be exciting to see what the night brings!!
Eh nothing. A whole lotta BH, some that kinda sorta start hurting a bit then die out. That deep cramping is gone though. So odd. Guess I'll head back to bed, it's hot out here. Blech!
Stalled out again. By the time I had bloody show with my daughter I was already contracting pretty steadily. I don't know what's going on with this guy. I took a Benadryl though because if I'm not going to get any more contractions then I need to rest and that is not going to happen without meds. Hopefully I'll be passed out soon.
Definitely stalled out. Had a few more good ones while sleeping. They woke me up. Got up this morning and nothing. Went pee and more bloody mucus so I'm dilating and losing my plug that's for sure but no contractions. I feel like I've been hit by a bus. Just tired and sore.
Oh no is this THAT weekend? I was going to say I hope things get moving soon so you get some relief but maybe not. At the least I hope you get some rest and a break from all that discomfort
My body sucks. I've never had this happen before. I've walked around the house a bit but all I feel is pressure, no contractions. I keep losing bloody plug but that's it. This sucks.
