I havent posted much lately and I havent been on the PC to post this but Miss Aubrey was born Aug 4th. Here is the story
I woke up the 4th with minor contractions that were irregular. Going into the day they tapered off so I figured it was a false alarm. I would get intermittent painful contractions a couple times an hour but not concerning enough to go in. At about 5:45 pm they picked up and were 5-10 min apart. At 7:45 pm I decided to call L&D to see if I should come in. They told me to go ahead and grab my things and come. At 8pm my water broke while getting my daughter out of the bath and trying to get my things together. The contractions really picked up and were flippin painful. We still had to drop DD off at MIL's on our way. We finally got to the hospital at 8:35. DH drove up to the ER, grabbed a wheelchair, pushed me in and ran to park the car. We flew up to L&D and as soon as we got in I needed to push. They insisted on checking me first to make sure. HA! Well she stuck her hand in and baby was coming out. They rushed me into a room and called the midwife. Holy hell the contractions hurt like no other but pushing made is feel much better. I pushed for about 10 min which really felt like an hr. At 8:59 she was born.
❤ Big Thanks to Vicki, trishosaurus, & Shortcake for the great siggies of my kids! ❤
