My guy spits up a lot. So if we're going somewhere, I put a bib on him. It prevents needing to change his clothes while out. When I'm at home, though, he can spew all he wants.

We never used them with our daughter, but she never spit up and didn't really drool. We haven't had a need to yet with Emmett.

I haven't used them yet - But DD1 was such a heavy spitter, that she HAD to wear a big (multiple bibs throughout the day) anytime we left the house/she had clothes on. Adalyn spits up randomly, but not enough to warrant bibs. I don't like them, I was so bummed that so many of Emmersyns cute outfits had to be covered with a bib, so I avoid them at all cost.

Pippa only spits up when I can't get her to burp. We rarely use a bib.

We only used the plastic ones with a pocket for DS when he was learning to feed himself. He didn't spit up or drool excessively though. So far DD doesn't spit up much either

Harper has reflux so she spits up a bit, especially after her feeds so I usually have one on her or around near by.

Noah is living in a bib at the moment because its much easier to change than the whole outfit when he pits up! i dont let him sleep in one though.

Michaela has one on for feeding because she does have a tendency to dribble and/or posset. She has some soft Tommee Tippee and Marks n Spencer ones which she prefers, and some plastic backed ones which Shaun's mum brought which she finds a bit scratchy but which do when the others are all in the wash. Sometimes one bib will do for a few feeds but if there's a lot of spillage or if she spews obviously she has to have a fresh one next time, so sometimes we do get through all the nice ones!

DJ wears a bib, actually several bibs daily...he spits up a lot, and is on soy formula which stains clothes. I would much rather have stained bibs than have his clothes stained, also it is so much easier when we are out and about to change his bib than having to change his outfit. I do not let him sleep in them though.

OMG yes! Elias is a chugger and hates to burp so sometimes a bit of spit up comes with a later burp. He also drools when he's sleeping on me or in his swing. And he is a messy eater. So we use them all day every day. There are times I forget and he gets all wet and I change him but I tell you, I am so glad we have a ton of them. They're always on the chairs, couch, crib, bed...anywhere I might need one.

No, we haven't needed them so far. She isn't a mrsdy eater and has only spit up a few times since we left the hospital.

We use bibs for every feeding. M is a messy eater at times and a bib prevents me from having to change her multiple times each day. Plus she has silent reflux and usually swallows it back down, but randomly she'll throw up.
