Awesome story, Que. Congratulations on the baby. Your daughter is lucky. I was 9 years old when my third brother was born and I remember a lot about him being a baby and getting to help be a little second mommy to him.

LOVED reading that, Que! That was rich. Had to laugh when you described the pushing contractions being like vomiting out your butt. Yes, that's about right. I like to call them freight train contractions. Thanks for sharing the beauty of those moments with us. Birth is such an amazing picture of salvation....death to life in a single instant. Some women do natural birth and don't describe it as being spiritual, but it totally has been for me and definitely sounds like it was for you also. So happy for you, and glad it was the birth you've always wanted. I hope you intend to share more pics later!
