Hi Mommies,
just a quick question, or more so a thought, this morning.
I am in the middle of my 9th week, feeling really good! Almost too good though compared to my last 2 weeks. w7&w8 I felt awful. So nauseous in the afternoon and evening that for those entire 2 weeks my boss changed my schedule so I would be done working at noon. Then Sunday came, and I felt good all day. I worked full days Monday and Tuesday, and my energy levels are great as well! I guess it's just kind of thrown me off, I was expecting to not feel good through the rest of the 1rst trimester. I didn't think you could get morning sickness for only 2 weeks? Has this happened to anyone else?
One reason I tell myself it may be because, is I've got my eating better, eating regularly throughout the day so as to not let my blood sugar get to low = pukey feeling.

Whats your take?

I'm in the same boat. I felt progressively worse from weeks 7-9 and then toward the end of week 9, a lot of it started to clear. I'm definitely not as nauseated as I was, although I still have a depressed appetite and enhanced smell. I'm not as tired either, although still more tired than usual. Still constipated, but no more tension headaches.

I had a doppler with strong hb at 9w3d, right around when the symptoms got better, so I'm feeling fairly confident that nothing is wrong. I read a study that said, on average, m/s peaks in the 9th week.

I think it's normal, too. I never had any sickness, but I did have some pretty strong nausea . It peaked from about 8 - 10 weeks for me. Now, I'm hardly having any at all, thank goodness.

Yup - seems normal to me. I've felt awful from about the beginning of the 6th week til about the 9-9 1/2 week mark. Since I hit 10 weeks, I've been feeling much better...with a few hiccups here and there.

Yay for regulation of hormones!
