I've been eating better than ever. Mostly raw fruits and veggies, salads, fresh juices, and some cooked veggies. No bread or grains, sugar, meat or dairy. I started a mostly raw diet after my cancer, but with the two surgeries and people bringing meals, then our house being flooded and all that has entailed, it's been difficult to get back into it. I'm feeling great. The dc & I had a special "tea party" breakfast today since dh is out fishing. I ate scones, crumb cake and some sweet bread and felt yucky afterwards.

so much nausea.....and some puking so trying anything to make me feel better. I usually have some candy (lemon heads or sour patch kids) and that helps. I am not a huge candy fan though so I only have maybe up to 5 pieces total in one sitting and only a couple times a day.

I did walk out of the store today and bought 3 containers of different juice! I usually never drink juice (having done WW I never liked spending points on juice LOL) but it tastes sooo good to me right now. Maybe to replace the diet coke and coffee that I went so off of!

I'm not regularly a meat eater, but lately I've been eating beef. 4 out of 7 dinners are beef lately, lol.

The only thing I've been able to keep down today has been soft peppermint sticks and water. I was craving chili cheese fries with ranch dressing, but I'm not sure I'll be able to stomach it
