I am an avid exerciser and find it helps my morning sickness. Hoping to keep it up as long as possible. Gotta find a better athletic bra though, the bouncing bbs are killin' me!

Yep! I'm a runner, and have been able to continue running, strength training, and doing yoga and pilates all the way up to delivery day with all my pregnancies, and I plan to do the same with this one! It really is the only thing that staves off my morning sickness right now. Even if it's only short-lived relief, it's something! Plus, it'll make you feel so much better throughout the pregnancy and make the third tri a bit easier physically.

Me three! LOL I run/cycle/strength train/zumba all the way up to c-section date. I find recovery to be so much easier (than my first) & I'd like to stay healthy and active throughout my pg.

I must be opposite because my morning sickness is worse after my work out. Blah. Having a tough time today.

Do you eat something first, or empty stomach? Maybe I'm doing something wrong.

I work out, i usually run at least a mile every other day...not much but all I have time for....but lately I have been cutting it out because cleaning is my workout, lmao. Cleaning makes me exhausted so I can not imagine what running would do. I plan on getting back into it once the tiredness phase passes.

I just wake up, drink some water, and head out the door for my run. If I eat, I will throw it back up (of course I'm throwing up most everything anyway). My MS will be relieved for at least a good 30 minutes to an hour after I run, so I enjoy that. I wake up feeling so sick and sometime throw up right out of the bed, so talking myself into going running some mornings is hard. But, once I'm on the road, I almost immediately feel better while I'm running. Same with me weights, yoga, and pilates. It takes some will power and talking myself into doing it, but I'm always glad I did and I always feel better afterward.

I don't eat anything before working out either. I would definitely throw it up.

All of you are such good inspiration !! I was out of excercise for past few months and just started running 20 minutes a day - a month back . 2 weeks after that , I got my BFP !! So do you suggest I keep running right now ? Right now I do run and walk intervals for 20 minutes and 10 minutes elliptical . Weights twice a week. I may increase the time slowly ..
