Finished my run this morning actually feeling pretty great! Drank a bottle of water and went to get ready to shower....as I was brushing my teeth, it hit me again and every bit of my water came back up Even after it was all up, my body wouldn't stop dry-heaving That's the worst feeling ever. I'm eating some crackers now and trying some more water and ginger ale, but I'm not feeling any less sick. I guess if it's getting to the point that I can't hold down water, I'll be forced to take Zofran. Better than dehydration and being hospitalized for fluids, right? If I can't hold stuff down today, I'll go ahead and call her this afternoon, otherwise, I'll see how the weekend goes, and if it's not better, I'll give my MW a call on Monday....who knows? Maybe she'll go ahead and work me in early!

It was had to make all the lunches and stuff this morning, the smells were nauseating.

Ami, I felt the same with my other 3. Never really had it, and with my youngest I had 2 days where I got sick and threw up. Now that I have it full force with this one, I will say to you....relish in the fact that you don't get it! It's miserable!!!! You are so fortunate! I also was with my first three, but I truly realize how much now. I still literally feel like I'm about to have to run back to the bathroom...any second...please stay down, please stay down...

I hope the zofran helps if that's what you decide to get. You definitely need something! I don't know if you would consider this but have you tried skipping your morning run to see if it helps?

I am sorry you are having to go through that. I understand how you feel. I had it from 3 months to birth with ds all the time. Zofran helped but didnt make it all go away.

Call your doctor. If they can't work you in you could go to urgent care/ER. Don't suffer or get dehydrated. I so think you're having a girl. My girls always gave me much more symptoms.

I have tried several times and still feel just as awful if not more. I skipped my run yesterday and that was the day I first started throwing up! I would go mentally insane if I didn't run, LOL. Plus, it's the only thing that provides some relief (even if it's temporary) from the sickness and it's the only time I feel semi-normal...
