I'm super period-like crampy & back-achey. I just want some reassurance.

I have the back aches, but only get crampy at night. I'm sure it's nothing, but make sure you bring it up to your doctor on the next visit!

I've been crampy but not like period crampy, back pain on the other hand is just like I get when I have AF. It sucks.

I was until about 6 weeks. Nothing since then though (touch wood). I think a bit of cramping and even spotting is normal as everything all stretches and gets into place

I was crampy up until about 5 weeks! Totally normal! You cramp as the little bean "snuggles in" and then again as everything begins to stretch out and prepare. I'm sure it's nothing! Of course, if it's painful and you start spotting, go ahead and let your Dr know. But, yes, AF-like cramping is common!

I get very sporadic cramping and always in certain spots, never an all-over AF cramp. It's lessened and lots of water makes it better.

me!!! I cramp at night more than throughout the day and it's definitely a dull achyness.

I hear it's worse with each pregnancy, so thats what I'm thinking is going on. The beginning is so stressful!

I had cramping all through my 4th week and for about the first half of the 5th. I haven't noticed it in quite a few days. Morning sickness took over instead.

I was def cramping at 4 weeks a lot, but by 5 weeks it subsided a great deal. I still have some cramping or stretching and weakness feeling in my lower abdomen once in a while.

Girrrrl! Me too. I'm a first time mommy, so everything is BIG to me. haha I have the worst back ache today. I mean I've had them like every other day, and sometimes I don't know if my back aches are so bad it just feels like I'm cramping or if I'm really cramping..but nothing to worry about. Our bodies are in over-drive the 1st trimester!

Oh man, my back hurts so bad all the time. This is my 3rd baby. My cramps don't feel like menstral cramps, more like somebody keeps punching me in the lower stomach. Not a stabbing pain, more like a dull ache. And for like an hour every night, my neck hurts, then it goes away. What is up with that???

Me!! I have felt SUPER crampy. In fact, it took me a long time to take a test because I was convinced by my cramps that my period was coming.

I had cramping up until a few days ago. Less and less painful as time went on.
I had spotting once, but it ended up being nothing.
