I just sent my husband to the store. He's coming back with either fried chicken or salmon, with which to make Santa Fe Salmon - Either way I'm excited!

Well, bummer. Husband says the fish selection was iffy, and the weren't gonna have fried chicken for a while. So we're having a rotisserie chicken instead. Oh well, it's probably still gonna be tasty!

I love breakfast for dinner! It's one of my favorite meals. I must make DH biscuits and gravy at least once a week. DD must have chocolate gravy, which I loved before pregnancy but I'm not so crazy about sweet stuff these days.
