I mean, besides the really awesome morning sickness and food aversions, does it seem real that you will be having a baby? Or another baby?!

We planned this baby and are so excited, but I just cannot seem to wrap my head around having a second child in the house.

I think the further along I get, it's sinks in a little bit more. I woke up yesterday and was like holy crap!! I am 10 weeks and I'll be finding out the gender in 7 weeks, so crazy.

It definitely feels more real after hearing the HB on my dopplar Sunday and then seeing the baby on the U/S today. Plus, I've felt a couple of flutters here and there! I thought it was just twitches because they were too high, or I thought so, but when they did the U/S, they actually switched from trans-vaginal to an abdominal one because my uterus was up higher than they thought it would be at 9 weeks and my bladder was too full. We saw the little gummy bear jump and sure enough, I felt the flutter at the same time! Amazing!!!!

How cool to see and feel at the same time! Especially so early on!

This baby is not real to me yet. After my u/s I'm sure things will start to sink in, especially when I begin to feel movement. If all is well, that will be in 2 or 3 short weeks. Until then I'm still keeping everyone IRL out of the loop.

I am still in shock I think. This pregnancy was not planned but oh my goodness, I am so excited. We always have said we would be happy with another one,but I never felt the timing was right and lord knows my husband brought it up a lot since honestly, he was more ready than me. When we found out I was pregnant he was actually worried about how I would react, but I am just so very happy. It seems too good to be true.

Most of the time it doesn't seem real to me... This was a planned pregnancy, but I just have a hard time believing we were fortunate enough for success after just our first round of Clomid.

Even after seeing our little bean on u/s and seeing the heartbeat last week, it still doesn't seem totally real.

not all, I'm sure when I start to be able to feel movement and stuff it will sink in, but I have a hard time wrapping my head around the idea of another person in the house!

Not at all. Whenever I walk past a mom with a little kid, I try to picture me with my own future kid. This is all so strange.

It definitely hasn't sunk in yet. I get nervous sometimes, mostly because I'm worried that something is wrong (first appt. is Monday), but also because I am nervous about how much our world is going to change in 9 months!

Not at all. I keep so busy with my 13-month-old, 4 dogs and my part-time job, that I hardly have time to think about it. And I'm still not feeling much of anything except exhaustion. So to me it doesn't feel like I am pregnant AT ALL.

Hoping after my ultrasound/appt next Wednesday it will all seem a lot more real and I will be able to enjoy it more.

It really doesn't seem real yet. It usually doesn't for me for quite some time. I almost refuse to get attached this early in the game. I know that sounds horrible but.. well, it is what it is. Once I let myself get attached, then it seems more real. Or maybe it's the other way around, lol. Chicken and the egg I guess.

It feels real to me. But..... I am still scarred from the miscarriage this summer, so I don't feel quite as attached yet. I feel like at any moment, it could all be taken away from me. I think I need another u/s to solidify my confidence that everything will be alright.

I am super excited to have another little one in our family.

It totally does not seem real. I have been super sick, but my last pregnancy ended in a miscarriage so I am very nervous. I have my first u/s tomorrow so am hoping things will be good and that it will be more real!

Like others have said once you have had a m/c it does make this first trimester more uneasy. I always start to feel a little more connected and it starts to sink in more after hearing the heartbeat (which I did today) There is also a lot going on around here and there is a very good possibility we will be moving several states away in the next 6-8 weeks so part of me has put the pregnancy stuff on the back burner and have focused more mental energy on trying to get our house sold and get stuff ready to move.

No, even though I have never experienced a m/c and I pray I never have to, I cannot wrap my head around the fact that I have another life growing inside of me and that one day I will look he/she into the eyes. It just hasn't set in. I don't think it will until the 2nd trimester. I have never been so excited about anything in the world though, and I am ready!

It didn't until yesterday The u/s put me at ease and seeing that little flickering heartbeat made it feel real. And then hearing it made everything sink in. "We are having another baby." A momentary panic attack because of the age difference lol but then joy.

Not really. Even though I feel more pregnant this time around than I did during any of my other pregnancies it just doesn't feel real yet. I hope that when I gt my doppler today that I will be able to hear the heart beating, and I'm sure that will help. It doesn't really start to feel real to me until we find out the gender. After that when I buy stuff, name him/her, and start feeling movement a lot it starts to feel real.

This pregnancy doesn't feel real to me, either. All I have is a little stick with two lines on it, and not many symptoms yet. Also, I was in the process of scheduling with a fertility specialist when we found out I am pregnant, so it really felt like a huge surprise.
