I really can't stand water anymore, with or without lemon. At night I dip a raspberry leaf tea packet in it lightly and drink it warm like that. I hate to revert to sodas - have not had any in a long time. But in my first OB appt yesterday the OB coordinator said that it's important to stay hydrated so it's okay to sip on gingerale or sprite, so I started doing that yesterday and I can actually get more fluids in. Hope once m/s is out of the way I can drink water again.

I've been adding about 2 cups of juice to my gallon pitcher of water, I can't stomach water otherwise.

Yeah, my MW said that if you can't tolerate water, that it's important enough to stay hydrated that it's better to drink Sprite or Ginger Ale than nothing. I used to love my sparkling water, but it's hard for me to tolerate it now. Flat water is ok, but it's hard to get down sometimes, too. I just need my body to cooperate with me soon!
