What are you in love with when your morning sickness kicks in?

For me it's crackers and chai tea, both help calm my stomach.

I like potato chips, salt and vinegar flavour. For some reason that's all I want to eat when I'm queasy. And a glass of ice cold juice helps too.

Two words. Club. Crackers.

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm. Add a little Ginger ale and I'm a happy girl.

I like to drink my Ginger ale out of wine glasses. . No use letting them sit unused till September!

crackers and fruit! I have noticed though as long as I eat anything and keep something in my tummy it helps to calm the nausea.

They gave me dissolvable ones, and they have an icky grape flavor that doesn't mesh well with waves of nausea. I think I'll ask for ones I can just swallow next time.

I have really struggled to find something that works. I usually eat an apple because it is not so bad coming back up and I feel it helps soak up the acid. Never tried the pregy pops. Going to find some today though. I wish crackers worked.
