What are some of the things you ladies have been snacking on?


For me, I have been loving any type of chips. It honestly does not matter what kind or flavor.. Today I bought myself a bag of the baked bbq Herrs

Apple just because it doesn't suck so bad to throw up. I can't wait to eat normal food again.

Anything salty - chips, french fries, cottage cheese with salt, goldfish, club crackers. I know pretty much none of things are good for me, so I limit myself to one snack of something per day.

saltine crackers when my belly doesn't feel good, carrots with hummus, cheese sticks, greek yogurt, atkins bars. Goldfish are by my bedside in case I wake up hungry so I don't have to get out of bed.

I'm not snacky as much as I was last time. I'm eating about 4 meals a day.

I'm also liking anything salty, but I'm trying to limit the things that aren't good for me, especially since I'm still having a hard time getting down my fruits and veggies that are good for me. I'll let myself have fries once a week and chips one or two times a week. When I'm having a salty craving, I fix some plain oatmeal and put salt in it so there's some good nutritional value there.

I've been out of fruit for a few days, but I am itching to get some more tonight when I shop, strawberries, apples, oranges - yum!

Fruit. Grapefruit, oranges, clementines, bananas, strawberries, and blueberries are staples.

Though, some BBQ chips DO sound kind of good right now.
