and honestly, I hate it! I'm so paranoid about gaining weight bc I'm having to eat so much to keep my stomach from turning. I'm trying to eat as healthy as I can considering NOTHING sounds good, but I'm loading up on a lot of starchy things like bread, granola bars, crackers. I also can't seem to drink much other than soda (which, under normal circumstances I'm not a soda drinker at all..)
With DD I coudln't eat at all until the 2nd trimester rolled around so I never worried about it. How do you keep yourself from overgaining when you have to eat so much to keep from getting sick?!
That's they way 1st trimester goes for me every pregnancy! I gain a lot of weight in the beginning and then the weight gain slows as soon as I hit 2nd trimester. I just go with it. I'd rather gain weight then be nauseous!
