Ya know I have never posted them. I never know if your supposed to 'suck it in.' I mean if I stand totally lazy my tummy will pops out and I look 5 months pregnant (even when I am not pregnant!). But if I stand up tall and hold everything in aka 'suck it in' then it all goes away. I can do this for a long time. Meaning even at 7 months I could 'suck it in' to look 5. SO, my question is. When you take your pics. How do you stand? Tall or relaxed?? I guess somewhere in the middle would be good right?

Also do you find that in the evening everything pops out a bit more??

I always take mine in my natural standing posture, so not sucking in, but not letting my muscles go, either, I guess? I think everyone, preggo or not, looks pregnant if they just let their muscles go, KWIM? Just how I stand normally, if that makes sense.

Depending on the day, I am sometimes way more bloated at night, too.

I just stand naturally like I was going to take a photo regardless if the focus was the belly if that makes sense. I guess I engage my ab muscles but not to 'suck in'- as in "look thinner intentionally" but not let everything just hang out

I don't usually take them until much later. I know what you mean though, when I slouch (which i have a bad habit of doing) my stomach pooches out quite a bit more.

I just stand normal, I don't suck it in, but I don't push out my stomach/ab muscles either. I usually take it mid-day and not after I have eaten a big meal or snack. I also try and take it in the same spot each time on a solid background bc it shows up better!

I agree, i try not to suck in but also not totally relax my muscles. I find it easier most of the time to take them in the morning.

I have been taking my pictures at night. I only do it then because it is when I remember But I agree with a lot of the ladies, I don't suck it in, but I just stand up straight and relax. My DH has been taking the pictures and is pretty good about keeping them consistent for me
