For you previous mommies... Did your vision change at all when you got pregnant? Was it right away or furthur along in your pregnancy?

I am due for a new glasses prescription, but I heard your vision may change during pregnancy (would it have changed already?), so I don't want to go fork out $$ and then have to go back.

Thanks for any insight

The typical advice is to hold off eye exams until after you've had the baby. My vision didn't personally change, but I didn't swell, either. If you have a problem with swelling in pregnancy, your eyeballs aren't immune to it! They'll swell, too, and potentially change your vision. It would typically happen later in pregnancy, but some women start swelling as early as 20wks or so. I'd mention it to your dr and see what advice they give you!

Ok, I will ask. I'm having eye strain headaches a lot, and overdue for new lenses. I might just have to suck it up and get new ones and then have to go back after baby is born.
