All day long I have a variety of these three symptoms, oh plus "gaggy". I keep eating toast, but it doesn't seem to fill me up nor provide relief....I can't stand most foods....Yuckyville here

Me too! I'm 9 weeks along, as well, and I feel like it's gotten worse these past few days. I read an article yesterday (“Morning” Sickness » gbbcwellnessblog.com) that said that eating beans would ease morning sickness. I think I'm gonna try it. I hope you feel better soon!

I feel the same way! In the morning, even if I feel queasy, if I eat breakfast I feel better. But th rest of the day after I eat I feel awful! I'm so ready for this phase to be over with!!

I definitely know how you all are feeling! I'm just over 8 weeks and this constant nauseous feeling is horrible! I have tried the tip of eating some crackers or toast in bed before I get up and it helps sometimes but other times I still get sick after getting up....I also read about sucking on a piece of lemon to ease queasiness and found that it does help, as well as sipping on lemonade or water with lemon while eating. Lately I have been able to eat in the evenings but not much during the day. hopefully it will be over soon! please post when you start feeling better so we can all get some inspiration!
