I went at 7 weeks because I had some concerns about my medication. Otherwise they don't usually see you until 8 weeks.

My first appointment was at 9 weeks, BUT they really didn't dp much at all. No listening for the heartbeat, no u/s heck we didn't even get any blood drawn for blood test. So even though it was my 1st appointment, it seemed very pointless.

I don't see my MW or go to the back up hospital clinic until 12 weeks.

My first appointment was at 6 weeks. They did do a u/s. I go back at 12 weeks for another u/s. I am high risk, so I am sure I will end up having a u/s about once a month. I am not sure how they are going to handle things though, so it could change. I will find out more at my next appointment.

I go this thursday I'll be 8 (or 9) weeks. I'm still a bit unsure of my exact dates bc I had a bit of an oddball cycle. Since I'm seeing a new Dr., I have no idea what their policy is on an u/s for dating purposes.

I too decline the 12 week scan/bloodwork and only get the 20 week anatomy scan done. I also decline the 3rd trimester scan unless its really necessary. IMO as long as its a normal pregnancy, baby is moving around, and the Dr. can feel if baby is head down or not, whats the point? I don't need someone to try and "guess" the weight of my baby and scare me into induction or not having a vaginal delivery. Not to mention, even with insurance coverage, its freaking expensive!

My first this time was at 9weeks, and I did have an U/S, as well as all the BW. I always do the 12wk U/S for the NT testing, just because for me personally, the more info the better (it would not effect our decision about this baby), and then there's the 20wk U/S. Unless there's an suspected problem, there's no other U/S after the 20wk one for me.

My first appointment was a few days past 9 weeks. My OB did a PAP smear and breast exam; as well as all of the many questions at my first appt. My first ultrasound was scheduled for a few days past 10 weeks (Wednesday). I'm not sure how many ultrasounds I will get at this point. If I am thinking correctly there will be 2 more. One for determining the sex and one towards the end of the pregnancy.

I had my first appt at 5 weeks 3 days ish and my second with an u/s at 8 weeks 2 days. (Hey do the first u/s at 8 weeks and the next one at 12 weeks for NT testing (optional) and I know there's another u/s around 20 weeks and I'm not sure if and when the last u/s would be. But they do an appt every 4 weeks for the first 6 months then every 2 weeks then for the last month, weekley.
