I know many of us have the lovely all day nausea, but lately I've been getting hot flashes too. Earlier, I had one that was so intense that I broke out into a sweat over my entire body. Midwife says it's normal. It's weird because I never had them in my 3 prior pregnancies. Theyre getting to be annoying and embarrassing if one hits when I'm in public. Anyone else getting them?

Add me to the club...ugh...It's so unusual for me, too, because I'm very cold-natured, even while preggo usually. It's like if the room starts to feel the least bit warm, then all the sudden I'm burning up, sweating and feel like I need to start stripping down LOL! Weird, because I'm still cold-natured outside of the flashes? Anyone know if there's any "natural" remedies for them? Like any pregnancy-safe supplements, or foods that help ward them off?

I have been having hot flashes one second, and the next second I'm freezing. It is completely crazy.

I haven't had any hot flashes, but I am cold all the time. My hands and feet are always icy, and if I could I would live in a hot shower.

Maybe you all could loan me a hot flash now and then? Just to warm up my feet!

All the time! They get so intense to where I feel awful, get really nauseated and feel all around sick.

I am normally pretty hot natured but since being pregnant this time I am always freezing and can't seem to stay warm. Isn't it funny all of the changes that pregnancy brings.

Good luck with the hot flashes ladies.
