Hey, ladies! I'm lurking over from the October DDC with a quick question for those of you that have Dopplers. When were you first able to hear the heartbeat?
I know I'm still too early, but I'm looking forward to being able to use it asap Last time around I didn't hear it until 10-11 weeks, but I also had no idea how to use the doppler and feel like maybe this time I could find it sooner?
Any thoughts are appreciated!

I found it about 9 1/2 weeks with my last pregnancy and 8 weeks 2 days with this pregnancy.
A couple tips: Have a very full bladder as that helps push the uterus farther up out of the pubic bone area and lay on your back and tilt your hips up a little (with pillow under hip) this will help gravity pull the uterus farther up also. Use lots of lube and move slowly.

My doppler arrived in the mail when I was 8w6d and I used it and found the hb that day! It took a while and quite a bit of patience that early though. Now, at almost 11wks, I can find it pretty easily within a couple of minutes at most.
