There was a thread on here about feeling some flutters early for BTDT moms. Those who have been feeling it, it is consistent, are you feeling it more as days go by or does it decrease sometimes? I've felt more flutters last week and this week not so much. I'm not even 10 weeks, so I know it's early, but of course I can't help but worry.

With my last baby (I haven't felt movement yet this time) I felt little tiny movements sort of randomly, and had large breaks where I didn't feel anything. I even went in to get checked about 17 weeks because I was so concerned that it had been too long since I had felt anything. But- there was my healthy baby BOY looking just fine and dandy. I think it totally depends on which direction they are inside of you and not until much further in your pregnancy can you depend on feeling movement regularly.

I didn't feel movement in my last pregnancy until after 14 weeks, but I remember it being really random at first....

I've felt movements this past week. I wouldn't say it's increased or decreased. It seems to be really random. I was watching the baby as they did the ultrasound (I ended up having an abdominal ultrasound), and the baby was moving all over constantly. The tech seemed really surprised at the amount of movement! She asked us if we had told our children yet, and I said no because I was waiting to hear the heartbeat and know that all was well. She giggled and said "well, is this enough reassurance for you?" I didn't feel each and every movement though. I did feel some of them and I felt them way stronger when the tech pushed harder on my belly. I feel random movements throughout the day/evening. Certainly not constant though. I don't think you have anything to worry about!! The baby is still very tiny and so you will only feel movements depending on the position the baby is in. At this point, I think we are both pretty lucky to be feeling any movements this early!

This early, it's absolutely nothing to worry about. Even with feeling the flutters, they are still so small right now that you won't feel all of them. I've been feeling mine for a couple of weeks now, and I do notice them more, but I think it's because once I knew it was flutters, I tune more into them, and concentrate more on feeling them when I'm sitting still. You and baby are just fine!
