What have you tried and had work that helps releif the discomfort? I've been crampy and painful for a couple hours now and I feel baby tons too, but I know my doc likely wont do anything about it. Other then water and laying on your left has anything else worked? (The hot shower didn't help much.)

Warm baths helped a lot with my pregnancy with DD... Also tons of fluids and putting my feet up.

I have it too and tons of water and left is my main go to as well. I also try to go to the bathroom. If I'm cramping or contracting the smallest amount of anything in my bladder or BM will make it worse, so I usually try to go then lay down.

Still going on! Honestly if this goes on for 16 more weeks I might flip! Just sayin. I've been up for an hour now and since I have a test in class today I guess I might as well study, eh?

My doc actually had some suggestions!! One, she suggested a maternity belt cause after having so many babies, the ligaments are just real lax and that would help with some of the discomfort. I tried that back like 10-14 years ago though and that didn't help much. She said if I didn't have one of those, I could get a wide elastic belt and try that. She told me to try hitting up the good will for it! lol She also recommended the bella bands, which I think are mostly just for holding your pants up... right? I have noticed though they give more support then the full pannel belly maternity pants I have, so I guess they do offer some support, just not a lot...

Finally though, she initially recommended Red Raspberry Leaf tea. My doctor is crunchy! LOL Supporting home-births, recommending herbal teas! Totally not what I would have expected! I guess I will give it a try. Its just the tea is hard to find. GNC used to carry it, but then they stopped, so she suggested a few other places to check. So I will look around and see if I can find it.
